What "track record"? You keep saying this, but who did floyd call out, other than winky wright, and then he just backed out. The only two welters floyd made no real effort to fight was margarito and cotto, and if cottos on his list of fighters to take on, floyd rarely ever mentions someones name and has no intention of fighting them. Again, the only time i saw that was winky wright, and that was it.

Granted, i dont see you saying a damn thing about the fact that when floyd got to 140, the only fighter to openly call him out was vivian harris. Other than welterweight, floyds resume is solid.
Muhammad Ali consistently claimed to be the greatest ever. It drove his bar high enough to be impossible to to impress anyone as well. But he took meaningful enough fights that once he achieved. It was really hard to argue against it. At the time many people loathed Ali for his big mouth and brash attitude but his fights spoke for thesmelves and very few could argue against Ali's resume while he was active the way Mayweather sets himself up for scrutiny with his resume.

at 140 floyd made no real effort to fight kostya tszyu who was #1 in the division even though Floyd would have been favored to beat him.

Come on man Kostya by the time Floyd got to 140 barely fought at all and got beat by Hatton before Floyd could get to him.

There was never a good chance to make the fight. Not saying it would not have beena cool fight though but just could not come off.

You are telling me something i already said, you are practically paraphrasing me

. Floyd only real error was saying he was the greatest fighter of all time, when he said that dumb **** it drove his bar high enough to the point where itd be impossible to impress anyone.
Again, you keep talking about "track record", now i want to know again, what other fighter other winky wright, did floyd mayweather openly state that he had interest in fighting, and then just backed out and didint "take the challange" Im talking about people he said hed fight and then didint do it. Even if you give me an answer, hes back regardless, the only way id say he has a real track record of ducking is if he comes back and only fights once or twice against competition that nobody wanted to see him against.

Again, Tszyu never made an effort with him neither, not to mention tszyu was injured practically all the time. You put this all on floyd not taking into account that:

              tszyu was a showtime fighter

tszyu fought 9 rounds in three years

tszyu was old regardless by the time floyd made the move up

tszyus only comment about mayweather was "too small"

You seem to continually put all of the blame on floyd, you know your reaching when you have to pull out kostya tszyu, who in reality, should have been stripped because of his inactivity. Not one person who was around the sport at that time could say with a straight face that floyd ducked that guy.

The haters on this site can say what they want. The facts speak for themselves. Mayweather has defeated everyone he has stepped in the ring against, including five Ring Magazine champions and in July he will beat the man that Pacquaio couldn't beat without help from the judges. Pacquaio has not even fought five Ring Magazine champions.

Yes. Diego Corrales at 130. Jose Luis Castille at 135. Baldomir at 147. De La Hoya at 154 at Hatton at 140. But I am sure you consider David Diaz a much better fighter than all of these guys combined.

Terrell Owens IS one of the greatest WR ever. Not the greatest but he's up there.

Dont care what he does or what the Media says.

ESPN "No team is going to sign TO."

                      Next day TO signed.
