that Paul Williams is not putting no butts in the seats and basically
is not on Floyd's radar but that doesn't take away the fact that I
think he is an elite fighter in his own right and can basically be a problem

Floyd don't need titles no more at this point because like
he said he did it and now he is fighting for checks. Back
then it was for titles because they made his stock rise
to get a big money fight with Oscar. Baldomir was a
better quality fighter than Gomez/Jennings right or wrong?
Who actually accomplished more in his career than

as being significant in regards to belts, Quality
opponents, checks, it just all depends on where

is trinidad better than cotto, mosley, williams, marquez, vazquez, juanma, calderon, donaire, vic? he sells more than any of them by far

were you are in your career? i don't recall seeing many ATG's fighting "poor" competition like floyd's been doing since he moved up to 140-147, yet floyd can do it because he's got status now? de la hoya had more status than floyd could dream of having and he went on to fight more people that were at the top

In reality they both have and that is how it is in the sport
of boxing. Not every fighter is going to be as good as the
guy that they fight. The difference between Floyd and Cotto
is that Floyd has fought opponents in 5 divisions and Cotto
only fought in 2. Meaning, in Floyd's career he has fought
better fighters and had a moment where he decided to make
some real cash. Cotto hasn't reached that level yet. And for
the record Carlos Baldomir beat Zab Judah, then the Undisputed
Welter Weight Champion & moved up to 154 and fought Vernon
Forrest to the 12th round and lost by decision, what has Gomez
and Jennings done that could top that except get beat up by
Cotto.
