Why would PAC tell his team what to do? Pac need only to approve or reject whatever proposal his team would be giving him. Like what cotto did when he rejected to fight lower than 145 lbs.

Why take it against Pac if his team decided their limit is 142.

In short, no fight will happen if both don't agree.
