There's no way for PAC to climb 3 Divisions in order to fight DLH. Remember? It is DLH who challenged PAC. So, it is impreative for DLH at least to move doen 1 division for them to meet.

PAC natural weight is 140 right now. If Cotto's natural weight is not lower than 145, then they don't have business in the same ring.

De La Hoya came down from 154 for that fight, so he was at a much bigger disadvantage than Cotto would be if he came down 2 or 3lb. So it's not a double standard at all.
