Mayweather wants 60/40, Arum wants 65/35, 2 hard headed sob's, but they'll meet in the middle. If it were up to Arum, Cotto or Valero would get the shot first, but if Roach and Pac insist on the fight happening, it will happen. The fight is too big not to.

I think so. MAB is a higher all time fighter, but Pac had more to overcome against Hatton and destroyed him in epic fashion.

I think both are fair fights for the simple fact that Floyd has had plenty of time to adjust to coming up in weight and has shown that his skillset hasn't suffered dramaticly because of it.

Now if you had asked me would it be a fair fight with Floyd coming straight from 135? Hell no.

So you think Floyd Mayweather vs. Paul Williams is a fair fight
but JMM vs. Floyd is a huge mismatch

JMM welterweight division: 5th
Paul Williams welterweight division: 2nd (started at 160)
Mayweather: 80% of his career at Superfeather weight
