when has either fighter showed they can do even half that without floyd or Oscar? NEVER.

Fact is If you are not named Tyson or Delahoya you need to have a quality opponent before you can sell a fight. For somebody like Pacquiao who is not able to go to talk shows and dance with the C class stars to even sell 650k is not a disappointment.
