Im pretty sure he's got 1. Roach has never been known as a big talker. The only times he's had...Manny backed up Roach's talk. And Roach has been saying "Please floyd, come out of retirement. We'll knock you out too." Something completely uncharacteristic for Roach to say unless he had a trick or 2 up his sleeve.
It's happening again.....

but can Floyd take a shot like Manny's?
we can also assume that Floyd's chin hasn't tasted a clean shot yet coz of his defensive style & Floyd's got brittle hands, dats why he can't get too busy wid PacComment

You're probably right about that, I'm a known Ricky hater, ain't I?
DAMN you!
Honestly, I'm pulling for Marquez to beat Floyd.
It's a slim possibility, but it's a possibility nonetheless.
I'm a much bigger fan of "Dinamita" than "Money".
My brain says Mayweather, but my heart wants Marquez.
So come fight night, I'll be supporting Juan Manuel.
exactly how i feel about that bout...its so hard to think that floyd loses on his comeback fight (can imagine the abuse the floyd fanboys on here would receive if he did?)
but, you put a carrot like that in front of dinamita and what you might get is the war that floyd wasnt counting on...
here's marquez; dying for the props he deserves, with a chance to ink floyd's name in the W column of his resume...you kidding me? you know that persistent bastard is going all outComment

Only time will tell.
But for me ; this fight is too damn easy to predict.
I don't see the close contest that everybody else is seeing.
Pacquiao is overrated as hell by his loyal fans, has been for quite a while. But ever since he dominated the weight drained ******, he's been on another level of hype.
Hatton is not that special. I told everybody that would listen that Hatton would get TKO'd by Pacquiao. Granted, even I thought he would at least last until the 6th.
Still, Ricky is a limited fighter. C class at best. He owes his entire career to a **** division at 140.
He could probably have made 135 or 147, but he chose 140 for all of those years because the talent pool wasn't anywhere near as deep, and he could become a star.
But back to Floyd/Manny.....
Manny doesn't do **** that Floyd doesn't do better.
So long as Floyd is still the same Floyd, and the layoff hasn't effected him (we'll know when he fights Marquez) : The result will be an easy one to predict.
Mayweather by massacre.
I'm dead serious about that, too.
I've said since day one that Floyd would **** Manny in the pocket much like he did Hatton and Gatti in the later rounds.Comment

Floyd was basically born to be what he is today.
Marquez wasn't. He really had to bust his ass to get to where he's at, and he had a lot of setbacks along the way.
He came up the hard way, and I respect that more, I guess.
Not to mention the way he single handedly cleaned up 135 with back to back TKO's over Casamayor and Diaz, while Floyd was enjoying retirement.Comment

I agree, it won't even be close. It will be a total annihilation, a total beatdown and somebody's gonna be exposed. He should have stayed retired...Comment
