if pac refuses a fight at 147 because cottos a better opponent than oscar was ,pac and roach will look like opportunistic cowards period.

Pac is the #1 pound for pound champion. He's what generates money in boxing right now. Other boxers want a piece of Manny, so with that said they're gonna have to fight him at his BEST. His choice of whatever weight he or freddie wants. Nuff said... other fighters have to be on his level to beat him.

Mosley already said he will go down to 143lbs, he is so desperate of a fight with elites, money, and fame that he would drain himself thinking he can come out victorious, i mean he does have a better chance than DLH but still with that aint enough.

Don't be so sure Cotto's chin is a little shaky....If fight is made at 43 Pac will obviously have an advantage IMO. Anyways I wanna see this fight more than SSM or PBF. PBF will dance and bore the casual fan to death, SSM will just throw 1 punch and hold but Cotto-Pac would be explosive!

No, actually a Pac/Mosley fight would be interesting, he just clinched so much in the Margo fight because it was the gameplan to detain Margarito down. If it was toe 2 toe/punch 4 punch he would do it wit Pac like he fought wit Cotto.

Plain and simple: if Pacquiao is even slightly really interested in fighting Cotto, he needs to go up to 147 and do it. This bull**** about Cotto blowing in up weight and weighing 160 come fight time is just the way it is. If you want to keep going up in weight looking for challengers, then that's just what you're going to run into...bigger opponents!

you guys should think your positions on manny fighting cotto at 147, cotto start at 140lbs manny at 106, fight time cotto is 160 manny 147-148. how can that be fair, catchweights are there to give a disadvantaged fighter a level playing field. besides the PACMAN is the MAN right now i dont anyone disputes that, and by that fact that cotto or shane would have to go down and fight the MAN.

...but then again what year did Pac started Pro fights? Cotto started 01', Manny been here years before.
