Well the second ********* says a citizen has the right to bear arms, and has Kirkland been involved in an armed robbery 2003? No, so this is just illegal su****ion by the police which is unconstitutional in the first place. We don't know what his punishment will be, but if it hurts his boxing career, like 10 years in jail, then that's BS. It's just common sense. If I were Kirkland I would challenge the court.Last edited by Boxingwizard; 04-22-2009, 10:16 AM.Comment

...Fam, what is there to challenge? What is Kirkland going to say, "You violated my right to posses a gun just because I violated my probation? Cut me some slack your honor, i'm the next big thing in boxing!."...come on man get real.Last edited by antweezy23; 04-22-2009, 10:38 AM.Comment

He doesn't need to be involved in another Armed Robbery to be denied gun access, what the heck is wrong with your logic here. Armed Robbery typically leads to more violent crimes, why should he ever be allowed to carry a gun. It's not illegal su****ion, the ATF SAW him give money to a significant other to purchase a handgun. He can challenge the court all day until he's blue in the face the point is, conditions of his probation says that he'll never be able to have/own a handgun in any manner.
If in the event that it was for 'safety purposes' then with his purse money, an apartment away from dangerous depots is probably where he should be living at. Again it's own fault, the privilege of being an athlete is lost upon him and hopefully now that his career may or may not be over, hopefully he reflects on himself and asks...'was it really worth it?'Comment

I hope thats a joke. He's not bad but had no defense really. A fighter like him its only a matter of time before they take one too many. I believe it was brian vera that I was watching that stunned him a couple times, imagine what a hard punching super middleweight would do to him? And he's 5'9" so I doubt he would be able to bully people around even at middleweight like he does at jr middle.Comment

Kirkland needs some high power attorneys that'll get him off; anyone know if any members "the dream team" are still practicing?...Comment
