He was on a 5 yr probation already from late 2003 or early 2004 and had not yet returned to court to be legally released from the courts system. Technically, it is a violation of probation and he is in big trouble. In va, that crime would get you 20 years to life, lol....no joke.
Kirkland a Suspect in Another Action, More Drama

Apparently the police followed him and his girl out of the gun show- and his ****** girlfriend was speeding, even with the gun in the car. I'm really upset that this happened. I've been following Kirkland's career for a while now and I was expecting something great. It's hard to believe that this situation wont derail the whole thing.Comment

What's unconstitutional? That we have an immature man who is on parole for armed robbery involved in two separate weapons violations? It is illegal for anyone of any race/gender to own a handgun when a convicted felon.
You don't have the right to endanger others. I think you need a better understanding of the judicial system. They aren't taking his job away if he goes on probation/released on bail. He'll be able to fight in Texas until he's convicted.
Honestly, someone as ridiculous as him doesn't deserve any limelight or fame. To throw it away for any 'street cred' or whatever is beyond asinine. You would think his first stint in jail would have deterred him and make him grow up.
Oh well, onto the next rising superstar; hopefully he won't have the IQ of some rocksComment

Maybe it is just my Ukrainian mentality, but it makes me think he could have got it for "other" purposes...
There are rubber-shooting guns, electric teasers and so on...Comment
