Kirkland a Suspect in Another Action, More Drama

It has been a whirlwind of a week for undefeated junior middleweight contender James Kirkland. Kirkland was arrested on Sunday in Austin, Texas when his vehicle was pulled over and loaded firearm was found. The fighter is on probabtion that stems from a 2003 armed robbery offense. After being arrested by the Travis County Police Department, he was handed over to the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms on Tuesday morning. Kirkland is being held in federal custody. The thing is, there's so much crazy **** that happens in sports, it's almost like the shock is starting to wear off each time a new, terrible headline happens.

Quite obviously, there's a lot of more stuff going on in Kirkland's personal life that we didn't see on HBO. For whatever reasons, he hasn't been able to stay away from bad elements.

If somehow, he gets one more chance, Kirkland is gonna have to FOCUS, to say the least.
