What is so impressive about Paul Williams jogging 7 miles a day?

I read Jeff Lacys blog back in the day and he runs about the same amount of miles a day, and Lacys no great fighter. Meaning Paul Williams is a good fighter but I don't get why people think running 7 miles a day is anything special when most boxers run that or even more.
If it was no big deal everyone in this country would be in top shape.
They're not. 2 miles a day is too much to ask of most people.Comment

Have you seen a picture of me, I probably jog that amount a day. I don't keep track though, so I can't tell you how much I jog.

How did this turn into a thread about you? I thought it was about Williams, and yes 7 miles is a lot to run every day.Comment
