It's not so much that. I actually thought he'd run more. I'm impressed with his work rate and stamina. There must be other cardio **** to his training.
What is so impressive about Paul Williams jogging 7 miles a day?

7 miles a day aint that impressive.
I'd expect an elite level boxer to do that. I used to run 5 miles a day and thats aswell as working 45hrs a week.Comment

Wow, a great post. And an answer I was looking for instead of the childish answers given by other posters like DrStrangeGayloveComment

well it's bull****. your memory is either foggy or lacey is flat out lying. It's a scientific fact that that much cardio work will begin onset of catabolism which is the break down of muscle/protein. There is no way in hell scientifically that lacey would have remained that big running A CONSISTENT 7 MILES A DAY (keep in mind 7 every once in a while or something like that is another story). I'd be surprised if Lacy ran a consistent 3-5 a day.Comment

I read Jeff Lacys blog back in the day and he runs about the same amount of miles a day, and Lacys no great fighter. Meaning Paul Williams is a good fighter but I don't get why people think running 7 miles a day is anything special when most boxers run that or even more.Comment

well you're a moron then because a boxer does that per day on top of 50-60 hours a week of INTENSE TRAINING not sitting at a computer desk like your fat ass does at work.Comment
