            They're not. 2 miles a day is too much to ask of most people.

              Have you seen a picture of me, I probably jog that amount a day. I don't keep track though, so I can't tell you how much I jog.

                  I've done 12 miles on the track before, but lately I've been having serious foot injuries so I haven't been training hard. I'm getting a bit fat around the waist..

                    How did this turn into a thread about you? I thought it was about Williams, and yes 7 miles is a lot to run every day.
