What is so impressive about Paul Williams jogging 7 miles a day?

        7 miles is like tune-up joggin. 10-12 miles, now that's roadwork. In fact, 10-12 miles plus sprints is solid roadwork.

          I guess on a slow day. Sometimes I get up at 3 am and run a marathon just to warm up. Then for a real challenge I kayak across the pacific and make it back in time for dinner.
          I barely break a sweat but hey, its better than nothing.

            The fact that Paul Williams runs 7 miles a day is impressive, but whats even more impressive is that Max Kellerman runs 7 miles a day... right next to Paul Williams asking him questions and wiping the sweat off his forehead.
