No you cant do that because you guys say floyd beat dlh at his real weight of 154 and got a sd and when pac people say they dominated dlh and made him quit in 9 and won every round floyd people say he was weight drained even though pacman destroyed him worse than what mayweather did. Then you guys say oh floyd beat hatton but he didnt do it at hattons weight he beat him at 147 where he doesnt look his best alot of people saw him lose his first fight at 147 against collazo and he never came back because he didnt look good at that weight. Well pacman is fighting hatton at his best at his own weight yall need to stop hating on pacman

Pacquiao was #2 when Mayweather pussied out and retired just to avoid the fresh and well determined Cotto and Margarito. Floyd is inactive for almost a year and half while Pac fought 3 weight classes last year (2 of them were world titles) and won all 3 of them.
No ****in way Floyd is gettin his throne back without beating Pac first.Comment

1) pac's wins over Morales were against a much diminished version of morales. Pac never beat a prime Erik.
2) The first barrera win was GREAT. the second one was meaningless.
3) the marquez fights were prime. absolutely. And any objective person will tell you that they fought pretty evenly. that second fight is largely up for debate. Marquez is a good fighter. Don't act like JMM is some ATG. Who has JMM beaten? Juan Diaz? Rocky Juarez?
4) Floyd did NOT, repeat NOT, force hatton to come to 147. The weight was up for negotiation. Hatton ALSO wanted the fight at 147, so his belt wouldn't be on the line. Look it up. Don't forget that Hatton refused a (actually, multiple) Mayweather offer at 140. Did you even know that?
You say that 140 is "hatton's natural weight class" as if 147 is Floyd's natural class. As if hatton didn't have 35-40 fights at weight classes HIGHER than Floyd. You are being either disingenuous or unknowledgeable. Which?
Is SRL's win over Duran diminished bc Duran moved up from LW? Is hagler's win over Hearns diminished bc Hearns moved up from WW?
5) If Pac and Floyd fight this fall, where is your money going?

FLOYD WILL COME AS #1, IN THE PEOPLES MIND AND GENERALLY IN THE SPORT.
Floyd is in the same position as Jordan, when Jordan retire the first time after he won 3 championships and he said he was bored with the sport.
Jordan wasnt the greatest ever at that point, but he was on the cusp of becoming that, but at that time Jordan was the best in the sport when he retired. And when he returned although he had been retire for 2 years, he still was the best in the sport even though Hakeem Olajuwon was dominating when Jordan was gone.
It is like this.
Generally Once you are considered the best, you do not lost that position in the people's mind until you lose in convincing fashion.
It happen with Tyson when he return to boxing after he went jail. he was still considered #1 even though he didnt fight for what 3 years.
but when he came back, he still was #1 in the people and majority of the sport mind that he was #1.
It Happen with Ali when he got banned from boxing. He came back @1
It Happen SRL when he retired from boxing because of his eye. He came back @1
and it will happen with Floyd when he comes back.
