I could swear I've read this before. That quote from Arum about Mayweather being "a runner but a great boxer" is not recent.

He couldn't draw flies to ****! Not one of bis bigger fights sold ****. Not even the Margarito fight sold like it should have.
I agree that Mayweather is the biggest draw in boxing. He does an excellent job of playing the bad guy on tv so people tune in hoping he will lose or they tune in to see him kick arse.

I think all AArum is trying to do is to get Cotto signed and by giving him the Pac fight might be the only way to do that. And I agree with him on Floyd, he's not as big as he thinks he and a Pac/Cotto fight would be a hell of a lot more exiting and would more than likely sell more.

Floyd is the biggest duck in the game. there is not one fight he had since the second Castillo fight that he manned up for. he had every advantage for all of them, fought everybodys leftovers and scrubs. Hatton and Cotto have had better comp since then. only a fool would believe all that **** that floyd talks. If he wanted to fight hatton at 140, why did they fight at 147 (a better weight for mayflower.)

If he is a natural JWW, why did he fight Hatton at 147?

Why didn't he fight any top dogs at 140? Corley and zab don't count as top dogs by the way.

Running and throwing pot shots is exactly how Cotto fought Mosley AND Margarito...LOL
