There's gotta be a rematch because there's no way ol' glass jaw Khan should get credit for that win. Yes he was fast and his defense was good but he didn't hurt Barrera at all. He got caught a few times and you could tell that he could feel Barrera's power. If there was no cut Barrera would have knocked him out no doubt about it! This kid is acting like he went 12 with the living legend and beat him in a battle. NO! He fought a handicapped fighter who still managed to rattle him a little even w/ only one eye. He might have well fought him w/ one arm tied behind his back. Pretty much the same effect as only having one eye in a boxing match. Khan is a joke and the next real fight he takes he's gonna get ko'd again. Again exposed for the media built up flop that he is. Barrera on the other hand looks like he's still got some fights in him. Look forward to seeing them. Would love a Barrera Marques 2. Blah blah blah im done. Spoke my peace!
F.uck off you blind ****.Khan did what he was supposed to do,and even if he wouldnt have got the cut, barerra still would have got battered.he is finished, needs to stop whining and accept he lost to the better fighter because he sounds like a bitter washed up punk comin out with **** like that.

The fight should have been stopped in at the end of the first when it was clear that the corner was not going to be able to close the cut, but that would have been unfair on Khan he was clearly the better fighter even before the headclash.

Khan did not deserve a NC from that performance.

Barrera should retire but I doubt he will, he has an excuse for the loss and older fighters with excuses for their losses rarely retire.

          Little Kunt is classless

As always I'm reading some comments from punks that don't know about boxing. First of all I saw the fight and the cut was bleeding really bad, it should have been stopped in the second round. It should have been up to the doctor, but of course since we''re in england they are going to do anything to win. This is so ****ty, the only way Khan could get a win was with the help of everyone else, if the fight would've been stopped before the 4 round it would have been a NC, but of course the doctor was going to push all the way to the 5 round that way Little Kunt can get his win. Enough with Kunt proved everyone wrong, he beat a man that had one eye WOW huge accomplishment LOL

            Co-sign.

Still ent too sure about Khan, he rushes in and out of range too much. Its just a big waste of energy. He'll feel it when he fights a top opponent for 12 rounds.

He needs to fight another top 10 lighweight now.

He still has some improvements to make but he's become a much, much improved fighter compared to where he was 6 months ago.

Khan pissed me off with his now ive proved a point, what ****ing point is that exactly? That you can beat a guy who can only see through one eye because of a cut bigger than Khans head.

Khan has got fast hands but as barrera said he didn't even feel them its just because of the cut that khan was made to look so good.

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I agree with you.

How can Barrera perform anywhere near to the best of his abilities without being able to see?? He's exactly right with what he's saying, it should have been stopped by the doctor as soon as the cut happened. These are not excuses, its the truth.

Khan has shown a lot of character coming back from the ko loss.He has made the neccesary change of trainers and has been willing to learn. He has clearly improved in the last 6 months.I dont get it when people rag him for "picking on an old man".A 35 year old barrera is a considerable step up from Oisin ***an,and in his second fight since the loss shows he has balls and is willing to take risks. The people around him obviously rate him very highly.IMO he needs 3-4 more fights before a world title shot, one of which should be prescott, and another against a well regarded top ten opponent, maybe 2.This business about his chin is getting a bit silly as well, sure its not the best, but the main reason he was getting clumped is because he was getting caught square on and showing almost non existent head movement, and these are two thing which look to almost be sorted now,so a few more fights, another year working with Roach he will be there and will win a world title as he definitely has the tools and the talent.

Barrera shouldn't have said he was ok to continue. There is pride and there is common sense.
