i with you on that i dont hate pacya i do hate gayweather and he is easily the most hated fighter i can remember.pac would probably beat gayweather he has the tools to do it hes staying retired for a reason ,id be just a matter of time before hed lose.i dont feel that gayweather beat odlh either.

cmon dude judges often wrong all the sudden they are convienently wise and just because its a pac fight cmon please,, look at the toney vs oquendo or berto vs collazo matches. that shoulda been a draw or a loss 4 berto,but since hbo is trying to make berto the next hot **** the judges are often lenient to put it kindly.what i cant accept is credit where its not really due.pacya way overrated u know this but enjoy it while it lasts hey all lose sooner or later. jmm vs diaz thats a tough one if jmm hasnt aged should win but this is boxing weve had like 5 major upsets in a row

not really a pacfan or hater, pakya far more likable than other fighters hes a humble guy and has a good heart ,the whole overblown thing just gets to hardcore fans because we all know he isnt sugar ray robinson like they keep pushing him as.i think he will most likely beat hatton but you put him in there with an equal force and pakyas in trouble.

Yeah right - every boxing expert in the world rates him as the #1 P4P fighter currently, but they aren't hardcore boxing fans in your opinion.

I'm a fan of the 3 Pac, Morales & Marquez but not Barerra cause i don't like his style but no doubt his great...if u call morales a shot its the end of the story ur not fair...i think morales won that fight w/ Diaz but its close...but i really want to see a Marquez vs Morales fight to see clear view whose really rank 2nd to Pac...and i also believe Morales ranks ahead of Barerra w/ 2-1 score not the other way around...

morales is and was clearly shot he should not come back,morales was having wars way before pac was,morales too beat up already like vargas aint even 30 and all shot,a fighter doesnt have to be old to be shot,barera better preserved than morales ,jmm 1-2 pac is younger stronger,theres too many questions there the judges can score what they want but if you get hit more and still win that bothers many people after awhile.kncdowns and all pakya lost the majority of those rounds via less punch connects the judges gave it to him anywaybased on what i dont know but pak clearly got hit more connected less..compubox does not lie judges lie all the time.both fights were close . but pak got the leniancey because he sells and is the hot attraction not jmm.morales has faced more champs than most fighters ever will morales is without a doubt a shot fighter,no question.i think morales was better than all those guys,he has more quality wins in his resume,barrera finished morales ,espadas beat him once,that prince zahir guy guy did also jesus chavez way battleworn,then after wards fights with pac,no way morales done hof for sure.

It seems like no one can say anything about Pacquiao in a critique manner on this thread without being wrong? Manny Pacquiao Has NO defense! I watched this guy fight & I seen him get caught by big punches and wobbled in mostly every big fight with exception to Diaz & De La Hoya. Manny Pacquiao has not been tested in higher weight classes. In 135/140/147 he has not faced a tough, prime opponent in those higher weight divisions and that's facts. What's so hard about that to believe. Name one Pacquiao fight that Manny didn't get caught flush in or he wasn't mixing it up on the inside?

JMM is a better technical boxer than Manny Pacquiao and that's the truth. JMM lost because he tried to out brawl Manny & Manny was clearly the bigger puncher. Manny was not blocking punches from his opponents instead he moves in and out engaging his opponents. I don't understand some of you guys on here in regards to Manny Pacquiao. He is a great offensive fighter but he is not the best all around technical fighter. He is fast, aggressive & tough. Whenever I think of Manny Pacquiao I think of a balls out, ****, **** action fighter, defensive does not come to mind. His speed is his defense.

you said it urself that pacquiao is a great offensive fighter and his power relies on accumulation of punches... you also said pacquiao has no defensive strategy and gets hit flush in every fight? man the second statement applies more to hatton than pacquiao, doncha think? and as a great offensive fighter like u r saying that he is, pacquiao will have a great chance of landing those blows up to the point of accumulation... does hatton have the "defensive tools" to avoid pacquiao's blows? if you criticize pacquiao's defense, you must do the same thing to hatton even more so IMHO...

No one's claiming Pac is all of a sudden a whitaker theyre just saying he improved his defence.So stop your nonsense already.

same thing with Diaz who is the champion of that division with a great chin a test to Pac on his new weight, Diaz also won against Morales.

David Diaz was the #3 rated fighter in the division at the time according to most respectable independent ratings, such as The Ring's - behind Casamayor and Juan Diaz, I think it was - and many boxing experts thought he should have been rated even lower than that. He is currently rated #14 in the division by boxrec, and is also outside the top ten of all other independent ratings, such as The Ring's. He held one of four alphabet belts but that doesn't make you the champion of the division, only the champion of that alphabet organisation. Morales was fairly shot when he lost to Diaz. Apart from Morales, Diaz hasn't beaten any highly rated fighters. Pacquiao's performance against Diaz was superb but please keep things in perspective. In reacting to some biased posts against Pacquiao, you're showing just as much bias in the opposite direction. David Diaz has a good chin and plenty of heart, but he is a very limited fighter and was not the best Lightweight at that time by a long shot.
