      Honestly now.

The ring title was vacant because Ottke was top 2 and refused to fight anyone he couldn't get a home town win off.
Erdei beat Julio Cesar Gonzales and since then has defended his title 11 times and remains undefeated.

Julio Cesar Gonzales beat the TRUE Linear champion in Dariusz Michalczewski. If you follow the true lineage of the titles...YOU will know what im talking about, MUCH MUCH better than Echols... come on man

Antwun Echols was a career middleweight. He got his ranking because he absolutely blasted Charles Brewer. He actually had more success at 168 then he did 160. I wonder why

Whenever I hear the name Antwun Echols, an image of him bodyslamming B-Hop immediately comes to mind. Dirty git!

That and knocking Hopkins down during a break are the highlights of his career.

LMAO@ thinking the 168 rankings held a candle to ANY division. They didn't even have a champ. ****, Bruno Girard? Antwun Echols? Byron Mitchell? Good Lord. And someone has the nerve to diss Glen Johnson?

Warmed up how? both divisions ******.

I'm not arguing SMW was BETTER, just that LHW wasn't great either.

it's like saying the Dolphins last year where better than the Lions this year, you're right but that doesn't mena the Dolphins didn't suck!
