He was outboxed, as far as I'm concerned. The judges scored it for Pavlik's aggression though, and of course because they didn't want to cut the hype short for their new hero. He makes them money.

I always maintained that Taylor should have won that fight.

I would say the excuses "bother" me is because for a champion who was viewed as a "Young classy hard working man" would have still had that class after defeat. Like Shane Mosley did in his defeats with Miguel Cotto and Winky Wright. Bernard has really never been known for classy, but Kelly has. So I guess that's why I made the topic.

To be honest. I don't really care haha. There was a time where I HATED Jermain Taylor. I couldn't stand him just like I can't stand Antonio Margarito and at times Nate Campbell.

He has been a disappointment to most, but I was very glad to see him knocked out by Kelly. My respect for him went up though after being knocked out.
