because he's younger than Hopkins and #1 LHW so its expected. But anybody know how much Hopkins made in Pavlik fight? I'm thinking if HBO threw twice that amount at him to fight Dawson he would do it.

Hopkins is smart, and tries to gain every advantage he can. I think, that any fights he wins after his middle reign are all a bonus for him, and makes him more $$$.

Pavlik brings more money. And it was Pavlik who pursued Hopkins, not the other way around. Also, it's funny how the so called weight difference was only brought up after Pavlik got served. All that was talked about on here was how Pavlik was going to kick Hopkins ass. Don't use the weight excuse now. Pavlik is a huge middlweight who can easily fight at 175.
