And Roy Jones would have been a good welterweight. I mean, come on.. Of course it would help. But do you see his build? He would die trying to make weight. It's not realistic.

I was curious due to your muscular frame, do you have any difficulty making 147? If so, how do you think you would fare at 154?
Andre_Berto: nah not at all last fight against Forbes I came in at 145 and only gained a few pounds after the fact but I do believe I can fight at 154 because in the amateurs I fought between 152 and 156 so it's not a weight I am unfamiliar with.

      ok?
I like the Horus font work but that's not cutting it.

If that dude is making 147, and the very next day hes 160.... it means making 140 would damn near kill him... and cutting muscle is not only difficult but can have drastic effects...

IMO, it would be too dangerous to ATTEMPT 140, then to just stay at 147 and work on his skills.
Agreed Reed just look at Oscar against Pacman for prime example. Oscar went from 154 to 147 and the 7 pounds made a big diff....Lefty

You would think that would be obvious, but apparently it isn't. I have doubts that Judah can be effective at 140. Berto at that weight is simply ridiculous.

Half the people polled don't think it's ridiculous, thanks for the input.

btw, roy jones not making WW is obvious. Berto, being a short WW and trying to make LW is not obvious, its a debatable topic.
