Jones was made a couple of offers too, but chose to fight bums instead.

He was trying to get the fights made, Ottke, Jones and Hopkins all avoided him. They were offered good cash and turned it down because thy obviously knew he was dangerous.

Gimme a break. He called out Jones to move down to 168 and fight in Wales. Good cash? Define that, please.

How did Jones get to P4P #1? Jump from nowhere near the top to #1 by beating a shadow of Toney? And remain there for a decade cherry picking while more deserving fighters were fighting the best out there. Thought so.

I'll add this too - for the Johnny Come Lately's who began watching boxing around the time Jeff Lacy flew to the UK. Roy Jones, while considered to be the world's best by far, was always accused of ducking fighters. NEVER...NEVER was he ever accused of ducking Joe Calzaghe. NEVER. You know what that would've been like? Accusing Floyd Mayweather of ducking Timothy Bradley. Except Bradley might be higher ranked than Calzaghe was at the time.

He also said he'd move up to LHW, and fight Jones in the USA. The only reason he offered the fight in Wales because there would have been 50000+ people watching it. If I remember right the offer was about $6+m.

                ok FRANK....... lol

Its like jones said over and over and over again...... If you want to beat the man you must come to the man....

So who was the man for so many years? Go ahead I'll wait.

Also note Jones of 2008 knew who "the man" was in 2008 because he said he would go to Wales and fight Joe.......

Joe never wanted to go to THE MAN'S house when he was THE MAN....

He wasn't in the USA because yous were sleeping on Joe, over here we knew how good he was.

If he wasn't good why would Hopkins price himself out after being offered a career high payday?

Yeah right. Calzaghe didn't even sniff that kind of money until he fought Hopkins. How bout some proof?

And Joe also said that he never wanted to fight Jones. What should we believe?
