Floyd Mayweather’s Disrespect of Pacquiao is Nothing New

Why yes I do think he was shot fighting Forbes. The only reason he won that bout is Forbes had nothing in his punches. When he was fighting Mayweather I think that was the cusp. That was when he passed the bend.

How could he have not been shot fighting Pac. He did not even attempt to fight back. It was a disgrace.

Why are you guys such haterz? I have so many things to say about this.

1- When Pac beat MAB, Floyd was the biggest guy in the crowd cheering and gave Pac mad props after the fight. He said that Pac is one of his favorite fighters.

2- When Floyd just came back out, the 1st thing he did was give both Hatton & Pac respect for there recent fights and talked about how impressive both guys were but everyone always wants to overlook those things.

3- After the fight, there is not one guy in boxing that shows people more love then Floyd. He always says that its not personal and he talks super nice about guys after they fight.

4- This guy hasnt disrespected the sport one time. Your talking about a 5 division champ who has never had a smoke in his life, never had a drink in his life, has never came into a fight looking anything but cut, and trains like a crazy man.

5- Why does everyone want boxers to be punks? This is boxing. I love the trash talk. I hate other sports because everything is always politicaly correct. Wouldnt all of you love to hear Lebron say that "Kobe is alright but Im clearly better and will dominate him any time, any day"? Wouldnt you love to hear Wade say that "Lebron is overrated and I will always be a better winner"? The next times those teams would meet then it would be mad theater and set TV records. We need that. Guys are too nice nowdays. Now were talking about a sport that is based on fighting and you cant talk smack? Come on now. Floyd didnt even say anything bad. He said Pac is a good fighter but Ill beat his ass. Wow, thats so mean Floyd? Are you serious?

6- Fans & media are so fake. Its like all they hear is Floyd saying something. Tszyu always talked smack but just because he doesnt cuss, its ok? Calzaghe always is disrespectful. Hatton use to talk so much crap. All these guys do it and no one says anything but when its Floyd then there ready to flip.

I don't argue that Pac Man is a greatly talanted fighter that has great heart. The debate is a big part of the reason I come to the boards. I think we can all agree that Pac Man and Mayweather would be a fight most of us would pay for. My biggest fear is it won't happen because Ricky wins.

1st of all he wasnt the only guy saying that about Pac. Thats what people say when a guy has a draw and then a loss. Its just like when people were talking bad about Hatton. 2nd and more imporantly, its just boxing talk. Thats what I dont get with you people. Its like Calzaghe saying how he would whoop Roy or Hopkins. Its like Hopkins saying how he would whoop Taylor. How Campbell says that he would do something. How Williams always says what he will do to cats. Its just boxing talk. It doesnt mean anything. Everyone talks like that but it seems to only stand out when Floyd says it

You just don't get it, do you? Other fighters talk but they back up their talk in the ring. Ali is the best example of this. Floyd doesn't get much respect because all he does is talk the talk, but come fight night, he just potshots his way to a decision. Look at the Oscar-Floyd fight, Floyd was saying all over the media that he's gonna knock Oscar out, that he's gonna beat him up so bad. Look what happened. When they fought Floyd was running all over the place, and if Oscar didn't lose gas, he would have defeated Floyd easily. Hell, did you even see who looked much worse after that fight?

Now Floyd comes saying he'll beat Pacquiao easily. The only people who's saying that are the Mayweathers. We know Pacquiao has the tools to beat Floyd. I'll bet if Floyd gets the balls to fight Pacquiao, he'll once again be running the marathon, only this time, he's gonna lose big time.

First of all Floyd is not enemy of the board. Calzaghe gets lots of hate on here all the time. In fact sometimes it seems like it is worse for him, because he is from the UK. So do many other fighters, so if you are going to defend one, then defend them all if you want to be so righteous.

Floyd can be ****y if he wants, but he is talking a lot of **** and he was not even fighting the best guys in his weight class; hence the reason people don't give him much respect. He is a great fighter, but sitting in the back row, running your mouth how you will kick everyone ass, and you are avoiding the best fighters in your weight class, makes you look like a fool.

Mayweather destroyed hatton with a 8 round KO. Hatton was undefeated at that time! Let's see what manny can do to hatton.

Did you even see that fight? The KO didn't happen in the 8th round, dude. And besides, no way did Mayweather destroy Hatton. The turnbuckle did a greater damage on Hatton than Mayweather's fists did!
