I would have to agree wholeheartedly with Mayweather. Pacman is not on the same level as Mayweather and anyone with any brains who knows boxing should agree with Mayweather. Pacman does have a crowd pleasing style, but he has struggled with some of the little guys like Marquez twice and Morales and some other guys we dont even know of have beat him. Mayweather would completely make Pacman look like a fool and Freddie Roach knows it too!

It's funny how most of the people on this board has never laced up the gloves and boxed competitively yet talk all sorts of ****. Pac is a great fighter and the most ENTERTAINING fighter out there. Floyd is a great fighter as well but is the best boxer of our generation period. Fighting Pac would be like him fighting Gatti again. Another entertaining fighter in his own right. Pac is better than Gatti ever was but.... same result. You mentioned Floyd avoided the best fighters in his weight class. Do you have any idea what his weight class is? He's not a natural welterweight just because he won a title at welterweight. You would be a fool to expect Pac to fight Cotto or Margorito. Like Floyd he handpicked a welterweight not campaigned at the welterweight. Floyd is not big enough to fight there all the damn time! Yet Floyd did fight Corrales in his prime and Castillo as well. He fought the best in his weight class and moved up and above his weight class and beat some good fighters as well.
