Floyd's solely a WBC titlist in a four belt era. He's never unified or cleaned out a single division. For whatever reason, he ain't been fighting the other titlists. Why is that? Managed to miss Spadafora at 130, Casamayor at 130/135 and Tszyu at 140, yet fitted in life-and-death battles against Juuko, N'Dou, Bruseles & co. Turned down a shot against undisputed welterweight champ Zab Judah in favour of facing poor Gatti. Turned down a career high payday to face Margarito in favour of a superfight against Mitchell. No Williams, no Cotto. His biggest win is against a 34 y/o De La Hoya, seven years removed from his first loss to Mosely. Like I said earlier he isn't even one of the 50 greatest fighters of all time.
As for everything else you said, I really can't be bothered arguing with someone who thinks Floyd is one of the ten greatest fighters of all time.

he was the recognized ring/lineal champ at both weights
