      CALZAGHE AVOIDED ROY JONES JR.

All Joe had to do was leave his country and move up one division, but he DID NOT.

Hell, even Woods took a chance.

Why fight a shot Roy Jones Jr. now?

I'll answer it: because he is LESS of a THREAT. It's like fighting Superman when Lex Luther was kicking the **** out of him because he stabbed him with kryptonite.

Your the only one who would say Jones is avoided Calzaghe while we are a week away from them fighting. You honestly make me laugh sometimes. I shpuld use that one as a signature quote! LOL. Too bad I'm all full though.
Um........usually on a forum, people reply to each other back and forth if theres a running debate going on. Kinda how it works.

Jones isnt in a position to avoid Calzaghe now. Calzaghe gave Jones the fight.

So why didnt Roy's people make an offer to Dariusz to fight in America?

Dariusz's people were German promoters hence they offered the fight to Roy in Germany. Its up to Roy's people to make them an offer to fight in America. Ive never heard of the existence of one.

At Middle: maybe not...but there is always a chance of losing.

At Light-Heavyweight: Charles, Moore, Spinks, Marciano (if we count him as a LH), Billy Conn, Gene Tunney, Bob Foster...all could have given Roy a tough test even though Roy is far superior athletic wise.

How many times did Woods fight in America before he fought Jones?

              Cheers.

Roy handpicked fighters like Woods instead of the likes of Benn, Eubank, Collins and Calzaghe.

I guess that was not clear enough for you or what? I told you I was waiting on the next ignorant response from you. Have you seen the 1993 MW Ring rankings at the time Jones fought B-hop? That's what i thought. HBO would have specified the sanctioning body they were referring to if they were'nt stating the Ring ranking.

Even still, there are certain belts that were more reputable and counted more at the time. As a boxing fan, you should know this and you would if you were'nt so bias.

Woods was a challenger so he had to come to Roy, just like everybody else. Roy was the MONEY man.

And what does the amount of times Woods fighting in America have to do with anything? He wouldn't have had any more of chance being born in America and having fought in America in beating Jones Jr.

                  Ask Woods what he thinks.

                    Right.

So Hopkins a guy with 23 fights, not one single notable opponent, not even a championship fight let alone a belt was the best middleweight in the world.

If thats the case, I would hate to seen who was the worst middleweight.

What am I supposed to be biased for? Common sense?
