Hopkins - RJJ Should be 50 - 50

Hopkins-Jones should be 40-60 with them serving as their own promoters for the fight, the revenue money on top of the fight money should serve up enough bread to shut them both up and make them fight.. NO WAY does Hopkins make more money, he already lost to Jones and real talk Jones wasn't even 100%, he's the more acclaimed fighter so he should get more plus he already beat him, that alone makes it so that he don't get no more cheese. bottom line is Roy gets more bread, Hopkins already lost to Jones so HE should be willing to put aside money for pride, the man beat you so beat him back but for a difference in money which, if being reasonable, isn't so big due to the circumstances he'd rather not fight.. the one who's full of **** here is Bernard, Roy done accepted so many times he doesn't even wanna hear Bernard speak no more.

I don't blame him. Hop has been playing games with Roy for years and he only got worse when he became part of Goldenboy. When Roy beats Joe, there is no reason other than money to fight B-Hop. No way B-hop is going to give Roy the larger split. Can't say its for legacy if he already beat the man.

Yeah, when RJJ beats JC, how can Hop in his right mind think RJJ would even consider a 50-50 or even a 60-40 if he wins convincingly? When RJJ wins, I would go to Hop and say, "Look, here is your last chance to get me in the ring, 30% for you or walk away mad." Roy doesn't need Hop, win or lose next month, it's most definitely the other way around. Dawson is Hop's only real competitor right now and he isn't going to be a big enough money draw to interest him at this point IMO. RJJ is holding all the cards and Hop is not liking this one bit. In all honesty though, I think Roy will dangle the idea when he wins, because as I said about Hop, there will be nobody else to draw Jones either. Time will tell though.
