If RJ wins over Joe and keeps fightin, I'll be disappointed to see these 2 blow off the rematch again.

Prime RJJ pitches a shutout against those guys with relative ease. If Roy beats Calzaghe, and then a young stud like Dawson, he should retire as well.

RJJ vs. BHop doesn't need to happen again.
if they both continue fighting, its the only fight that makes sense....whoelse should roy fight after calzaghe???? dont say dawson......

I told you I should have known better. I told you they were going to come. Now I figured out what it is, I thought Bernard was going to do what he said and be serious to treat me like a man. But what it is, he uses De La Hoya as the front man to f**k you. He's cute, but I don't do dudes."

this proves you didnt read anything, you dont care about facts, only what you want to believe.
      YOU FAIL.

i forgot about the 2nd unanswered counter offer

ROY JONES JR TO BERNARD HOPKINS: IF YOU REALLY THINK YOU COULD WHOOP ME THEN LET'S DO IT THE RIGHT WAY, 60% TO THE WINNER AND 40% TO THE LOSER."

      You fail AGAIN

actually thats about a 63-37 split, you do the math.......

but i remember b-hop offering 50-50, and the winner could take a 60-40, roy said no, hops fought calzaghe.....roy jones, and i kno thats your favorite fighter, is a known bull**** negotiator....

jones hopkins should be 60-40 to the winner....not off rip......

but **** what calzaghe and jones say, there will be no other fights for either guy, unless they do a rematch, the demand will be too big to not fight hopkins.....

if either of these guys fight dawson, they get handled, but hopkins gives him the most trouble. still a bad move, the old guys should stick to fighting each other..........

damn Roy Jones is a coward, hes scared of Bernard thats why hes ducking him. He should retire for being a *****. All he did was run around all night the first time they fought and barely beat him.

Well at least that must be the case since everyone is saying that about Joe right ?? lol

Agree...In the past many threw around the 60-40 I whop your ass. While there was nothing wrong with 50-50 either. I've alwayz said that their dislike for eachother is what didn't allow the 2nd fight to happen.

Contrary to popular belief, Jones beats Chad Dawson and Tarver. Dawson is a good boxer but he doesn't have that killer instinct to beat a Roy Jones. As for Tarver, I think the weight has become an issue for him. He may do better as a cruiserweight. As a former amateur fighter for 13 years, your body outgrows weight classes and it tells in your performances. Tarver has been losing his fights in the gym, you can see it in his body. Making weight at damn near 40 years of age is alot different than making weight at 30.

I do. At his advanced age Roy is actually still a tad quicker than Chad and has more power. The question is one of stamina for Roy, if he paces himself, work Chad's body to tire him, Roy all the way, plus Roy is crafty. If he relies on that "lay on the rope and let em get tired crap", Chad all the way...

Also, Roy isnt and has never been afraid of Bhop - its all about money and the ole male ego which in pro sports goes hand-in-hand.

Roy has a style that can make any fighter look bad. And since he doesn't have to worry about Calzaghe hurting him, he will take more chances. Jones will definitely land the crisper punches and Calzaghe will try to befuddle him with volume punching. Calzaghe looked ordinary against Hopkins, who doesn't have near the speed or power of Jones. Again the style will present major problems for Calzaghe.. Jones by split decision
