Anyway, hah man. Tbh, I've never been convinced Pavlik could beat Calzaghe, I think stylistically Slappy presents problems to Kelly. But I was desperate, and still am, to see the fight happen. It wouldn't be a Lacy type massacre at all. It just irritates me how Joe ducked Pavlik. (I bet he wished he hadn't now!)

I think Dawson kills Cal****ty but I never committed to the idea of Pav beating Cal****ty. Just that I wanted to see a fight. And still do.

I think most polls were favouring Kessler to win the fight.

Kessler doesn't have Hopkins' experience though but he definitely has the ability to beat Pavlik.

He won't be putting any of it to use however if he keeps fighting mandatories like Haussler.

no way pavlik beats calzaghe. at first i gave him a chance against joe but then i saw how b hop did him up. calzaghe is an elusive fighter and punches from angles just like b hop so it would a one sided fight.
