anyways,
mayweather has fought alot of the best fighters in many divisions. how will margarito beat williams?? what will margarito do different?? margarito is a good fighter but he can't bully big fighters and he usually loses to bigger fighters like a paul williams or a santos.. margarito is a top welter but he isnt the top welter because he still has not beaten williams.. p4p for years?? please!! like i said he's a good fighter but stop overrating him

I never said I don’t respect those guys…each one of those fighters has entertained me by risking their health and that’s an automatic pass in the respect dept for this fan…however, going back to my original point, it’s hard not to root for a fighter that wasn’t recruited straight out of the Olympics, brought along carefully and were put on the fast track to good paydays…Margarito is like that walk-on who was never drafted/recruited, and made the team…he isn’t overrated (original topic) just because people root for him

Is he the most overrated boxer in history. Guys like David Reid, Edison Miranda, Tommy Morrison were overrated but I think Margarito just might take 1st place.

Threads like these make me wonder, man.
Margarito was underrated for many, many years. So he finally gets on the big stage, pulls off the Upset Of The Year in one of the most memorable fights of recent history so that makes him the most overrated fighter of all time.
Only on the boxingscene forums, I tell you.
