Why are people so concerned with Floyds career?

So many haters start threads claiming that Floyd is not a true champion, that he is a coward, that he is not the real WW champion, that he isnt the real P4P champion. None of them can give any real logical reasons. They just talk about how he was scared of Gatti then Margarito then Williams. I guess now they have switched it to Cotto. If Floyd is such a coward & so insignificant.

Why do they keep talking about him? Why dont they just let him do his PPVs that attract hundreds of thousands without them being involved? Im sure Floyd could care less about them. Why are they so concerned with his career? Why are they so concerned with who he fights? I just wonder why his name continually comes out of their mouth?

Throughout history there have been these same type of people who hated on Joe Louis, Ali, & Sugar Ray Leonard but it seems like if you really thought a fighter was a coward or wasnt a true champion you wouldnt think about him so often & would not start so many threads trying to discredit him.

anytime i say anything remotely negative about Mayweather, it's because someone else is boasting about him being the greatest. Every time one person calls Mayweather the GOAT or says he gets Money etc.. about three people spring up to reconsider the situation. Occasionally you'll have someone who's gone over the edge and he starts a thread with the intent of bashing PBF but that's not much better than people who can't enter a thread or start a thread without reminding the world who the P4P champ is. Also, these same people will never acknowledge even the tiniest imperfection of their beloved.

Fortunately there are good deal of more neutral oriented people who are more concerned with conversation regarding PBF, and don't directly fall into the category of hater or nuthugger. Unfortunately it's easier to remember when people go nuts and bash or obsess over.

i see as many threads claiming he is the greatest ever as threads claiming he is overrated. why do people insist on claiming its only one group of people doing something.

being a boxing fan, and not rating him, is being narrow minded.

skillwise there arent any fighters today that can touch him, hating him as a boxing fan,(inside the ring) does say something about your knowledge as a boxer.

i think you can hate him outside the ring all you want. Inside the ring, there arent many arguments to use. His style is his own, it makes him unique.

Also what about those that discredit him, or those in between trying to judge whos a hater or whos a stan, Whats wrong about being a fan.

the problem is some fans like haters have a clowded judgement, the difference is the haters are negative ****ers, goes for most poeple in between also.

Lets be positive, this dude is saving your sport, and giving it alot of ****ing attention. Why? because he aint the same old champion following the golden boy trend, he's one ****y arrogant character thats what makes him apealing.

Fans like you are a cancer to the sport. You make no logical point & you are trying to call an undefeated 5 division champion & former olympic medalist a coward. Floyd was selling hundreds of thousands of PPVs & recognized as the best fighter in the game before he ever fought Oscar. His fight with Oscar was the most ordered PPV event of 2007. You make no sense when you claim that was a cancer for the sport.

He certainly seems to be the best, but it's also certain that it is the sort of greed that he and DLH have that nearly crippled the sport in recent years. Floyd hardly cares about his fans, its shocking that they care so much about him. Floyd doesn't defend his resume by beefing it up, but his fans go out of their way to defend it every turn.. I honestly think his fans deserve more.
