That makes no sense. 'African' is not a racial category, nor all we from Africa, (though there are some silly folk tales about this).

Of course Duran is white. He's white hispanic and would answer our surveys as white, since the hispanic category specifies non-white hispanics like Trinidad.

Present CREDIBLE evidence points that man originated from Africa and white skin is a genetic mutation. All white people (and everyone else) can trace their origins back to Africa.

It wasn't until a few hundred years ago that "race" was invented by some pseudo scientists. THAT is a silly tale yet some people would rather believe this.
