Blacks on average do have proportionately longer arms and legs for their height than do Whites and Asians, and that gives them an advantage in certain sports like basketball and running.

Obviously, the longer reach has helped them in boxing too.

While it helps, having longer arms and legs for ones height does not necessarily make someone athletically superior. For example, yesterday Taurus Sykes' longer arms did not make him a better athlete than Povetkin.
