I definitely agree with this. I have stated on many occasions that Calzaghe is a very excellent fighter that i love to watch so i don't have anything at all against him, but he is overestimated on this forum by many of his fans. The Hopkins that fought Trinidad was every bit as smart as the Hopkins that fought Tarver, Wright and Calzaghe. He has studied his opponents ever since he hit his true prime and really got his ora down. IMO the younger Calzaghe would have been beaten even worse becuase he relied more on his power, which would make it easier for Hopkins to figure him out. Calzaghe IMO is better now becuase he is more multi dimensional on top of being an excellent boxer.

            Go watch him. LOL!

Like i aint seen it before...LOL!

You should concede the point that Hopkins was a more open fighter back then or i'll have to insist that you go watch him again.

i could not agree more that Version of Calzaghe fought much more aggresive and was easier to hit aswell

Prime Calzaghe would have KOed Trinidad in 5, Hopkins proved nothing in that fight against the outsized Trinidad who is **** against boxers anyway.

                    And I don't see how it's funny.
                    What BS. LMAO!

G-man fought 3 times after the first Jackson fight and it was another 2 years after it he fought Benn.

It was unfortunate what happened but Benn was brutal.
