He didn't take many shots after the first Jackson fight, it wasn't until he fought Benn that he took consistent shots to his head. His fights in between the first Jackson fight and the Benn fight were all first round knockouts.

Also watch Tarvers fight with Reggie Johnson, he was given a gift in that fight.

By the way....i would say your the biased guy here. Making such claims about Tarver being a first ballet HOF guy. Im not being bias, i tell it like it is. Hatton is my favorite fighter im not deluded enough to beleive he is something he's not. Calzaghe is different though, he is proven. If you cant see what im saying here then something is clearly wrong.
LOL, so Lacy and Kessler are not B-level fighters? Both were untested against the elite fighters and you accuse Joppy of being B-level? Please, Joppy was a middleweight champion and had only lost one time by the point Trinidad got to him. Joppy was also a full fledge middleweight while Trinidad was a natural welterweight. Thats pretty impressive for a smaller fighter to move in weight and beat the WBA middleweight champion that was very skilled.

Oscar beat Strurm, despite him being out of shape. You are so quick to be a critic, but fail to give these fighters credit where it is due. Lacy and Kessler both are no better than Tarver. Johnson is another underrated fighter that Hopkins beat. He was the first to beat him and not only did he beat him, but he completely dominated and became the only guy to stop him.

You rag on Tarver's resume, but you still have yet to tell who Kessler or Lacy has beaten who is worthy of a mention. Please say Anthony Mundine so i can have a laugh.

He was a much more open fighter back then and you know it. LOL!

            An open fight suits Calzaghe.

By the way, if Hopkins didn't feign injury in the fight he would have been stopped most likely or hurt he had nothing left.

But we all know thew wars G-man loved to have in the Kronk, surely something would have happened in those 2 years. LOL!

Get a grip man, Benn ended him. Unfortunate but true.

Kessler losses to Glen Johnson and Antonio Tarver. He has not fought even half of the competition that these guys has fought or beaten. Fighters need to prove their skills against the best fighter. Kessler stepped up in class and was out classed.
