Hopkins that fought Tito would of beaten Calz with ease he would have crusied past Joe if he could of sustain his activity, Joe is all about Workrate when he comes foward and he has never faced a defensively sound fighter like Hopkins in his life and when he did he was getting showed how good he actually is and Toney makes him look worse

Hopkins took bigger risks and fought the better opponents, Calzaghe beat the better fighters that were his size. I think thats pretty fair.

Bull****, Tarver will make the HOF but he wont be considered first Ballet.Guys like Eubank and Benn were not even considered for that and quite frankly Tarver could not walk a mile in those guys shoes.

He is nowhere near Calzaghe level either.

Thats not true at all. I could have made a case for Hopkins beating the better fighters, but refuesed to do becuase i am very unbiased and don't want to blow things out of poportion. Pound for pound, you could make a strong case for Bernard Hopkins beating the better fighters and more ACCOMPLISHED champions. Trinidad, Tarver, Wright, De La Hoya, Joppy ectera. All are more accomplished fighter than both Lacy and Kessler.

Well what sounds more contradictory the fact that u think he is a better fighter when Hopkins arguably beat him and was 43 years old and on that evidence u think it is sufficient to suggest he would beat a prime Hopkins or he was a better fighter than Hopkins overall

Winky, Oscar and Tito were all naturaly smaller than Hopkins. A LOT smaller!

Tarver just wasn't that good, he had a shot Roy Jones. Guys like Harding and Glen were never A-level fighters. They were solid B. Virgil Hill was always a B-level fighter (you mensioned him earlier in the debate with Roy) and Ruiz is a ****in C-level HW. He is garbage.

no both were not Elite at all McClellan was suffering from Brain Injury unless no one had told u and he was still infront in that fight Benn would not have won if not for Injury so again u are talking complete bull

Fact is Hopkins has turned into an anti-fighter the past few years and done all he could to spoil the fight. Nard was never like that back in the day he was much more open. Fighting Calzaghe in an open fight would not have been good for Hopkins and it WOULD have been much more open 7 years ago.
