P4P I think Roy is the most skillful boxer in the history of the sport. The reason he is only in my top 10 is because I don't solely base it on skill level. As much as it kills me to say it there are fighters out there that have better resumes than Roy's. Roy's resume is a lot stronger than ppl give him credit for but I think there are a lot of fighters who surpass it. On that basis he isn't the GOAT IMO.
