Gatti ,Baldy are not better than Reggie Johnson or even a 40 year old Mike McCallum no to mention Virgil Hill
Corrales was not weight drained, Toney was. Explain how Corrales was weight drained when he beat about 7 more fighters after his lost to Mayweather at that weigtht division, which was super featherweight. Toney moved up to light heavyweight right after his loss to Jones. I can give you many boxing articles that stated Toney circumstances. He had to be hopitalized and had to hooked up to Ivs before the bout to avoid fainting. Hatton (Unbeaten)

        Corrlaes(Unbeaten)
        Boldimr(Undisputed welterweight champion)
        Genaro Hernandez(super featherweight champion)
Oscar De La Hoya( Junior Middleweight champion)
Jose Luis Castillio( Multiple lightweight chmapion)
Zab Judah( Former junior welterweight and undisputed welterweight champion).

These are not even it. These fighters alone are better than Jones opposition. Now, you go over Roy's opponents so we an compare them. I am very interested in seeing how he beat better line of fighters.

Name someone who would beat Jones at 160 or 168.

          Nuff said.

Robinson is the only one i'll entertain. I used to think G-man would beat him too though lol....I used to think he woulda beat anyone. I STILL think he woulda knocked out Hagler..

But nah, I don't see any of those guys touching Roy, except MAYBE Robinson.

You have to be reminded of the circumstances of these fights. Virgil Hill was coming off of a lose to Daruis, Jones fought him in his very next fight. Mike MCCallum was very old and past his prime respective weight class. He was a natural junior middleweight. The best fighters that Jones beat were, Reggie Johnson, John Ruiz, Bernard Hopkins and James Toney. Those are the only wins that stands out.

If you look at every southpaw that Jones has fought, then you will see that both Nunn and Hagler would bee too much. MCclellan beat Jones in the amatures by using effective pressure and roughing him up. Jones couldn't handle that style or power. Robinson would have surely beaten Jones. Better technique and he also had the adaptability to bring the fight to Roy.

I don't know about Nunn dude. Hagler of course is arguable but I think Roy woulda outboxed him, maybe with some trouble but still.

Yeah I know but it's the amatures. I'm talkin about prime for prime. I could see Jones just bewildering McClellan with speed and movement.

                      Don't forget "one punch" power.
