this is the reason why he left Arum...........he wanted the big dollars and big fights.........and couldn;t get them with Arum trying to sell floyd..........so floyd left him........to seel himself as the bad guy........even if you thought floyd didn't have big ppv numbers......dlh and hatton made more money than they ever did fighting floyd............even if floyd brought what you think is nothing to the table........he brought his skills.........and he brought You the fan to the fight to see him LOSE.....like ali.............so all of this floyd never had good ppv numbers is crap down the drain...........mijares doesn't have good ppv numbers..........but i love to watch him fight..........berto too........steve cunningham......joe calzaghe.......there are a bunch of unknown good fighters with bad ppv numbers.....let alone being on ppv ever........
Floyd Has A Great Point

regardless, floyd needs to fight one to keep himself at p4p number 1 because recently NOTHING he has done has proved he is. I actually think he can beat Cotto but he just won't step up to the plate. I don't care whether it over money or not. If floyd is a such a big draw (as he thinks he is) then a mediocre draw like Cotto will still pull the big number sue to Mayweathers drawing ability. One I can relate to, when saying if a person is at a crap game and has a million dollars, why sit and gamble with someone with $200. I cant relate to having a million, but Ive been in the position of having way more than another when playing cards and wouldnt gamble with them because the only thing I could do is help them out since they had so little, in other words, Cotto, Margarito, Mosely, get your PPV's up baby.
Contrary to what some believe, Judah/Cotto only did 160,000, Margarito/Cintron I did 29,000, Cotto and Margarito on the same card this year on FREE HBO was one of HBO's worst ratings...ever. Margarito is deemed a "killer", killers are supposed to be must see tv, heck millions churn in every week to watch actors play killers on CSI and other crime shows, but when a real life one is before us we dont tune in, something is fishy with that. I know I wouldnt sit down and gamble with someone who doesnt bring anything to the table, props to Floyd.Comment
