    Floyd Has A Great Point

One I can relate to, when saying if a person is at a crap game and has a million dollars, why sit and gamble with someone with $200. I cant relate to having a million, but Ive been in the position of having way more than another when playing cards and wouldnt gamble with them because the only thing I could do is help them out since they had so little, in other words, Cotto, Margarito, Mosely, get your PPV's up baby.

Contrary to what some believe, Judah/Cotto only did 160,000, Margarito/Cintron I did 29,000, Cotto and Margarito on the same card this year on FREE HBO was one of HBO's worst ratings...ever. Margarito is deemed a "killer", killers are supposed to be must see tv, heck millions churn in every week to watch actors play killers on CSI and other crime shows, but when a real life one is before us we dont tune in, something is fishy with that. I know I wouldnt sit down and gamble with someone who doesnt bring anything to the table, props to Floyd.

So it's Oscar, Hatton, and who else? These excuses wear very thin. No other fighter has fans that worry so much about his financial well being as Floyd does. Floyd's biggest purses came when he was the "B" side of the attraction. If he is really the draw you make him out to be, fights with Cotto or Margarito should be very successful. I understand the realities of money, but I'm a boxing fan first.

This is why I don't like Floyd fans, they're more worried about his money than his competition! That's PATHETIC in every possible way!!!

Again to reiterrate the point, if you had a million dollars, would you sit down with someone with 200? If you say yes then the question is above your thinking processes. Floyd has went throught his getting to superstardom, just like Oscar did and some others. When youre at that point, you call the shots, not fans, writers, or outsiders who arnt taking one punch for you in the ring. Its easy to say things when you arnt the one getting touched in the ring, Floyd Sr. and Roger and every boxer affected inside the ring whether it be Ali or Meldrick Taylor is a constant reminder to Floyd and should be to every fighter that you have to be smart, isnt it something that the fighter who gets hit the least is making the most? You have to be smart, with that said I believe Floyd will fight Cotto in due time, but on his time which is the right thing to do.

I could care less about Floyd's money, Im not on the payroll. But I do know if I was in his position I would probably be doing the same thing, I definitely wouldnt let others make decisions for me.

the number 1 guy fights the number 2 guy. the number 1 guy fights the champion. **** ppv buys, **** boxing as a popularity contest. it's a sport and should be held to the same standards as every other sport.
