Was Hatton a top 10 welterweight when Floyd fought him? Are you still saying that it does count as a win at 140 even if neither fighter was nowhere close to that weight? Was Oscar a welterweight when Mayweather fought him? When is the welterweight champion going to fight actual welterweight contenders? Are these unreasonable questions?

You are the one contradicting yourself by saying the Hatton win was meaningful yet calling him "the getting hitman". So if Mayweather gives Hatton a rematch in the UK next year, no doubt you'll eat it up like a hungry puppy dog being fed his supper.

there is no demand for a floyd vs cotto fight because no one in the general boxing public knows who he is. hence the lowest rated WCB telecast in history.

Do those "20 ******s" include all the people that Merchant said ask him on both coasts when this fight is going to happen? Stop right there sport. Oscar fought Mayweather because Floyd was perceived as the best p4p fighter in the world. Oscar was beneath him in that department. He used Floyd to pocket in some nice change since knew it was gonna be a big fight and he was gonna get the majority of the money. It's a whole different scenerio slick. Bad example.
