You are the one contradicting yourself by saying the Hatton win was meaningful yet calling him "the getting hitman". So if Mayweather gives Hatton a rematch in the UK next year, no doubt you'll eat it up like a hungry puppy dog being fed his supper.
      1. They were only 7lbs up

      2. If it doesn't count as a win over the real 140lb chamion and not as a credible 147lb victory then what does it count as???

      3. You need to work on your comprehension skills.

Man, I would really love it if I was called a Floyd ***** in real life, and not on the interwebz.

there is no demand for a floyd vs cotto fight because no one in the general boxing public knows who he is. hence the lowest rated WCB telecast in history.
Do those "20 ******s" include all the people that Merchant said ask him on both coasts when this fight is going to happen? Yeah, lets pretend it's just a lunatic fringe that wants to see Floyd step up. Cotto has been on HBO or PPV a dozen times. Do you really think anyone is going to believe that he is unknown to the general boxing public?

If Oscar had that attitude he would have never fought mayweather...im sick of having this same conversation its ridiculous. Almost every boxing fan around the world would love see this fight, floyd would attract the casual fan so whats the fuss
Stop right there sport. Oscar fought Mayweather because Floyd was perceived as the best p4p fighter in the world. Oscar was beneath him in that department. He used Floyd to pocket in some nice change since knew it was gonna be a big fight and he was gonna get the majority of the money. It's a whole different scenerio slick. Bad example.

No, it's you who can't comprehend ****tard. The question was why are you concerned about how much legacy the with Cotto fight brings if Mayweather is already concidered an ATG.
