Us Floyd fans had to wait 6 years for Floyd to Fight Oscar...
So how you think we felt about that....

We just set back as we watch Our fighter stack up victories and boost his market appeal and boxing prestige so he could get a fight with Oscar...

We Waited 6 years for the fight to happen....
and when it happen we were vindicated....and we rubbed it in Oscar Fans Faces....



Soo.....now you Cotto fans know how it feels to be fan of a fighter when credible stipulations and standards are put on your fighter as to why he might not fight another fighter THAT YOU WANT HIM TO FIGHT

So basically it is ok for Oscar to make Floyd meet all his stipulations and standards... which amounted in Floyd waiting for 6 years....For Oscar to fight Floyd

and it is ok that SRL made Hagler Wait until he meet all his stipulations and standards... which amounted in Hagler waiting for 7 years For the SRL vs. Hagler fight to happen

But it is not ok for Floyd to make Cotto meet all his stipulations and standards... before the Floyd vs. Cotto fight can happen..!!

Double Standard once again....


But here is the common factor in any those situations,
1. the fight eventually happen
2. When the fight happen it was the biggest thing in Boxing....!!!


So why Cant Floyd follow a successful Format...!!

Stop right there sport. Oscar fought Mayweather because Floyd was perceived as the best p4p fighter in the world. Oscar was beneath him in that department. He used Floyd to pocket in some nice change since knew it was gonna be a big fight and he was gonna get the majority of the money. It's a whole different scenerio slick. Bad example.

slick? sport? ha ha what an idiot! Oscar could have fought trinidad or shane again, or even vargas and probably made around the same money. The only difference is floyd was above him pound4pound. My example was used in the context where people are saying cotto is not a big enough draw.

Mayweather is not nearly active enough either for a fighter who remains at the top of the pound 4 pound rankings, he should fight more.

I am a objective Mayweather fan. Believe it or not I have actually defended Cotto a couple of time as I've debated Horus. When I see extreme Floyd nuthuggers not making much sense I too jump into the debate from time to time.
