Shockingly, good post and its not because you agreed. Its because you are unbiased and even though you hate Chad Dawson, you admitted that he won the fight.

Johnson fought a lot of good fighters and LOST to them. His fans are a lot of whiners and crybabies.

Johnson has a good chin but he deserved all his 12 losses.

I've actually yet to watch since I don't have Showtime, but my friend has it on his DVR, so I'll catch later, probably today. From what I've heard though, it was close, and I personally don't like when people call close fights a robbery. If a fighter wins hands down with no argument, and he doesn't get the decision, then that's a robbery.

The fight was a draw. If you gave Johnson a 10-8 round for having Dawson on ***** street, then he wins 114-113. I hardly ever give a 10-8 round for just battering and staggering a fighter, unless it's extreme and totally lop-sided for 3 minutes.

So Dawson would've kept his belt, anyway, but if it was a draw, then Johnson would've been given another title shot. He won't get one, now. Dawson's team wants no part of Johnson again. I doubt any fighter at 175 does after seeing that performance. Johnson was on a mission, and it was brutal. Johnson definitely earned a draw, though.

8 rounds to 4 for Dawson is absurd, because Johnson won 6 rounds, and the ones he won were the easier to score. I'd have an easier time with Johnson getting the benefit of the doubt in the close rounds that went to Dawson, than vice-versa. Just typical poor scoring by poor judges who shouldn't be judging fights. Simple as that.

Dawson landed more punches, through more punches. Was more accurate. It's not his fault that Johnsons chin is made of iron. Other then a COUPLE rounds, John only won the rounds he hurt Dawson in. Which was about two rounds. I had Johnson winning 4 or 5 rounds. Bout it. Dawson took the fight. Your scorecard, in my personal opinion, is insane.

no... just no... If the fight was clearly won by Dawson then most people wouldn't have Johnson winning. The FACT is that it is was not a clear cut win, it is not a matter of opinion. If it was a clear win then you wouldnt have a ****load of people claiming a johnson victory

He got caught. But, you could have a black eye, based on ONE punch. That doesn't really prove anything. Name ONE TIME, where Johnson WAS busted up. He HAS lost fights. So, clearly that isn't a measuring stick for a fight with him. He doesn't get busted up easily. Dawson really did jab all night. Generally dictated the action with his jab and through more combinations. He had 4 to 5 punch combinations at a time on a regular basis. Did they all land? No, they aren't supposed to. But he controlled the action with those shots, and landed one or two out of those combinations. You win fights when you can do that.

Dawson won that fight IMO and therer was NO robbery. I'm failing to understand whenever there is a close fight...many people ALWAYS scream robbery. BULL****.. THe right person got the call. IT was a close fight but Dawson earned a hard fought victory.
