3: Forgot De la Hoya, forget Hatton. Forget all those kind of fights that are only about the cash.

This guy (and many of his fans) claim he is the P4P #1. I can't take him nor them seriously. If Floyd wants that title he still has work to do.
If Hopkins beats Calzaghe, then I would put him at number one P4P. Hopkins has been challenging himself every time out with top quality guys who are respected, not only for their ability to draw a crowd and sell PPVs, but for their abilities. When all is said and done, people will think much higher of Winky Wright and Antonio Tarver than Ricky Hatton.

I like Mayweather. But fighting DLH again...
He needed to fight Cotto THIS year. ****, Mose, Pwill, Quintana, **** even Marge before DLH.

Its weird because Im pretty sure he can beat the top guys out there he is in his prime, not sure if its a confidence issue with him or he just doesnt want a-lot of hard fights in a row. I always thought he should have fought Margarito back when he was callin him out, then Cotto. I dont get why he isnt.
Some people say he won't do it because he won't earn at least $20 million. It's ridiculous, if that's how it is. How much money does the guy need?

Some say it's because he's scared. If this is true, he shouldn't be in this game.

I have no idea. All I have seen is Floyd changing the subject when he's asked about fighting Cotto. I have also seen an article recently in which he said Cotto needs to build a bigger name for himself before he'll fight.

I already have Calzaghe at number one, and I have no shame in saying that on here.

I'm not sure what you're saying in the last part of your post. Like him or not, Hatton is a huge star in England. Few people know who Tarver is. Similarly, Wright is unknown to the average person. So maybe what you said means more depending where you live / come from?

I was thinking what if the New England Patriots said they wouldn't play Tampa Bay because the money isn't big enough.

Or the Yankees are like, screw the Marlins, they don't bring in enough cash.

Being a professional requires you to do things you don't like or want to do, he should be accountable to if he wants this big big money he feels entitled to.

Take his beating by Cotto like a man. I'll be a fan of Floyd for life after that.

I think he is comfortable with the money he has made and doesn't want to rick himself any further...
