What would it take change your mind about Floyd?

To make the Floyd non fans or haters become fans?

Would he have to be in a war like Marquez vs Vasquez?

Just wondering, what would make you change your mind about Floyd?

Well, for starters, it would be nice if he fought someone.

if he fought the best plain and simple.. argue all you wan't he has not done that in ages.
I think most people dislike the guy because of his personality though.. It's kind of hard to love a prick, in real life or on tv or in any sport.

some douche floyd boy will come in here and be like hate him he still laughin to the bank pawnzz lol..

I laugh at these people because Floyd isn't getting as much money as he could if he actually was appealing to fans.. sure he is rich now but if he made an effort to respect his fans and please him he would have a lot lot more by now.

It wouldn't be any fun if we were all fans of the same guy

I'm still a fan, but it would certainly help me keep liking me if he didn't fight Hatton again or atleast Cotto first....

Definietly Cotto first...He has my respect, but now it's all about keeping it.

He'd gain a lot of brownie points if he fought Miguel Cotto. When Mayweather fought Hatton, no one was picking Hatton to win. No one thought Hatton had any chance. Here is a clear challenge for Mayweather in the form of Miguel Cotto. If Mayweather beats him, then what can people say? Nothing, because Cotto is the people's champion at welterweight.

1: He should put away his wallet. And anyone who is impressed with this "flashy" bull**** needs to re-evaluate their priorities in life.

2: He should lace those damn gloves on and fight Miguel Cotto.

3: Forgot De la Hoya, forget Hatton. Forget all those kind of fights that are only about the cash.

This guy (and many of his fans) claim he is the P4P #1. I can't take him nor them seriously. If Floyd wants that title he still has work to do.

The thing is he does need to fight the best guys out there right now I agree.
Its weird because Im pretty sure he can beat the top guys out there he is in his prime, not sure if its a confidence issue with him or he just doesnt want a-lot of hard fights in a row. I always thought he should have fought Margarito back when he was callin him out, then Cotto. I dont get why he isnt.

It would be funner if people actually talked about all the divisions from minimumweight to heavyweight here.

Seriously. the only threads that get intelligent conversation a lot of times are the ones about Cotto-Mayweather.

You rarely here about guys in some very hot division that DO fight each other.

Fly, superfly, jr feather, are a few examples with great fighters that no one seems to have watched or heard of. Supermiddle and cruiser have some great match ups too.

I am sure it's the fault of HBO and Showtime to some extent and the promoters that the general so called hardcore boxing fan doesn't know about or get into.
