Louis was fighting bums of the month, right? How come he had trouble with so many of them?

Rocked and knocked down by Gallento. Rocked by Baer. He was on ***** street against Billy Conn, a guy who was functionally a LHW that night, and not a big hitter at all. Down three times against Walcott.

That's not even mentioning the loss to Max Schmeling.

Louis was a very good heavyweight. But he was far from the greatest.

Umm, Ali was fighting in 'hot ass' Africa as well. He was just better conditioned.

Lennox Lewis wasnt the most talented, and he didn't have the best wins. His two best wins came against guys who were well past their primes. One who hadn't seen a prime in damn near 10 years. Please.. he is far from the best. Top ten.. top 5 if you feeling generous.
