So, actually now that I look at it Bruseles' record might prove that he's better than Gomez.
....yeah you proved absolutely **** all. Nice try trying to twist it though.

      Gomez > Bruseles.

Lol, **** yourself with the part you typed in white.

He didn't have anyone of note, which makes it the WBC's fault.

Regardless, Floyd didn't defend his title against a fighter of Gomez's caliber (at least after 130). Even if Gomez has slightly better competition (because that is all old fighters who used to be decent names are), it still isn't like that was the brightline that makes that fight okay, and makes Floyd's fight a crime against boxing.

Because Sharmba had a close decision loss to what champion?

Read above about Freitas pulling out...

Anyways, the Sosa loss to Spadafora showed that he could fight at a championship level, which makes him a decent opponent considering he was a fill-in.

Putting someone on ignore to begin with is a ***** move. That being said, why ask a question you already know the answer too, "big fella".

              Good deal. Me too.

I want to see Mayweather-Cotto, Mayweather-Williams. Not particularly Mayweather-Margarito, considering Margarito is coming off of a loss.

Sosa was never great and I don't think anyone is arguing that he is. Cotto fought him though so he couldn't be that bad right? LOL

In all honesty though, Floyd was supposed to fight Freitas, but they ran out of time while Freitas back out of negotiations. They had to find an opponent last minute. What do you expect? You don't hold it against Cotto that he picked Gomez after he lost out on fights against DLH and Mayweather with 3 months to spare while Collazo, Cintron and Judah were all willing to step in for the money Gomez was being offered. Why hold Sosa against Mayweather when Freitas, Lazcano and Casamayor turned down over $1 mil?

Mayweather - Marg is pointless. Just another case of Arum trying to hype his guy. Wants to make money off Marg so he is hyping him up to be a viable opponent.

But yeah...Mayweather - Cotto's gotta get signed. For the love of god...that fight could be memorable.

Cintron wasn't going to step in, lol. He already beat down Judah.

                      And Collazo...eh.......
