PBF has a lot more work to do and he's wasting one of his last fights ona fighter he already beat.. once again the fans deserve more

lol @ even suggesting (as subtle as it may be) that DLH/PBF gets close to Frazier/Ali in legendary status.

SSM and DLH fight has nothing to do with this fight.

Guess I can understand the no knockout = rematch. But we all knew a knockout wasn't going to happen.

And I would rather Floyd make a run at cleaning out the division, and retire as what *he* claims to be. He'll never be recognized as *THE* best, without taking care of business. DLH/PBF 2 is not doing it.

only guy who deseves a fight with floyd is cotto, if mosely who is older and slower then floyd gave cotto a hard figh.t i think floyd would eat him alive. if floyd faught cotto and the he did retire like he has been saying then who do we have in charge of 147? i think floyd should fight oscar and retire and let cotto be the man to beat at 147 because he is more beatable then floyd, makeing better title fights

Pavlik clearly won the fight, Oscar vs mayweather was one point away from draw.(your scoring doesn't matter only the judges do, and Evey body likes different things.)
Taylor and Oscar were both champions so the both deserve a rematch.
The Taylor rematch wont be happening at 160 and it seems like Oscar vs Floyd wont happen at 154. the divisions were the champ lost there belts.
There are better fights out there for Floyd but there are just as many for pavlik.
So my question is why is Taylor and pavlik rematch OK but people are *****-en about the Oscar mayweather fight?
(besides entertainment, they are both good calls)

If you don't like the tread don't waste your time and others by simply saying you think its a dumb thread.
It's because they pegged that fight as the "Fight to Save Boxing" and to say the least that fight did nothing to live up to the hype. That's why nobody wants to see that garbage...hell I think I'm boycotting the second fight man. There were many more fights in '07 that were far better than the golden goose and money may. On top of that they sold that fight too damn high on PPV and nobody wants to dish out all that money for some knuckle head chasing down the other knuckle head and then giving the fans a sorry ass excuse that the "jab wasn't there tonight." That's completely idiotic to come out of Oscar's mouth...the hell with Money May and Oscar II I want to see Money May in a fight with some young lions such as Cotto and Williams!

i didnt say it was at its legendary statues, i just said that frazier won the fight clearly but the rematch happend, just like duran vs leonard, and leonard hearns.

ssm and dlh has nothing to do with the fight , but the fact that oscar took things away from his shane fight and put on a better performance can apply in this fight.

I wasnt expecting a knockout in the first fight and i dont see it in the rematch, but then again i didnt see floyd knocking hatton out, i saw him beating him by UD not KO

I dont think theres one person out there who would say taylor won his fight, but there are many opinions who say oscar won or they saw a draw. maybe mayweather does win it bigger then before, then he would have a clear unquestioned victory.( peoples scores besides the judges dont matter to me)
since he said he is retiring for a 2nd time and comes back to fight oscar. cotto, williams, mosley, collazo, cintron, marg, forrest are people most would like to see him fight.
